SBTi Strategy

I led a team that developed one of the most ambitious SBTi decarbonisation pathways in the world, placing the client globally in the top 1 % for ambition.

This client is a European leisure operator and through intensive engagement with senior leadership, I educated and upskilled senior leaders, guiding them through sustainability literacy, target setting, implementation planning, and the long-term transition planning process to turn commitments into an action plan.

£1M Annual Energy Savings

Working with a company that partners with local authorities, I identified relevant stakeholders, designed and built a full engagement campaign, and delivered the programme to 200 sites, training more than 500 key “node” employees.

This work drove annualised savings of nearly £1M through behaviour change, operational efficiency, and clearer ownership of sustainability actions.

Internal reporting to drive company action

Working with a national charity, I developed and implemented a full energy and carbon reporting system covering 500+ sites, delivering clear and consistent data to more than 1,000 monthly reporting recipients.

The data was used to produce robust GHG inventories, annual reporting submissions, and board-ready disclosures, supported by engagement analytics to strengthen data confidence and improve governance year after year.
