Strategy Development - Credentials

We have developed and submitted a science-based target strategy for a major European leisure operator. Through intensive engagement with senior leadership, we modelled and set one of the most ambitious SBTi decarbonisation pathways in the world, placing the business globally in the top 1 % for ambition.

The process involved educating and upskilling senior leaders, guiding them through sustainability literacy, target setting, implementation planning, and the long-term transition planning process to turn commitments into an action plan.
