We design and facilitate carbon literacy programmes, sustainability skills building, and communication workshops tailored to diverse teams across businesses.

Working with a company that partners with local authorities, we identified relevant stakeholders, built and designed a full engagement campaign, and delivered the programme to 200 sites, training more than 500 key “node” employees.

This work drove annualised savings of nearly £1M through behaviour change, operational efficiency, and clearer ownership of sustainability actions.
